The Soldano Hot Rod 25 is a versatile, 25W tube guitar amp head, known for its signature high-gain tone and exceptional build quality. Featuring two channels—Normal and Overdrive—this amp delivers everything from warm cleans to searing lead tones, making it perfect for any style of rock or metal. Powered by 2 x 6V6 power tubes and 5 x 12AX7 preamp tubes, it offers rich harmonic content and responsive dynamics. With independent Preamp and Master Volume controls for each channel, as well as a 3-band EQ, presence control, and a global depth knob, the Hot Rod 25 allows for total tone-shaping flexibility. At only 25 watts, it provides enough power for both studio and stage with manageable volume levels.
