Buckle up boys and girls, because the Gretsch G5235 Electromatic CVT Electric Guitar will take you on a ride to the wild side of Gretsch guitars. Mega'Tron pickups howl at the wind, and the ultra slim design means you can take the Electromatic CVT guitar on the go! The G5235 CVT combines modern features with retro styling into an electric guitar that is truly built for speed.
The rebirth of the G5235 Electromatic Corvette came about in response to the requests of numerous electric guitar players for a contemporary version of this short-lived model from the 1960s.
The CVT guitar's ultra slim, solid mahogany body is lightweight and easy to shoulder, without sacrificing the unique, biting tonal properties for which mahogany is known. Additional appointments include a 22-fret set mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, adjustable truss rod, an anchored Adjusto-Matic bridge and Bigsby B50 Tailpiece. Dot position markers, pearloid headstock inlays, black pickguard, chrome plated hardware, vintage style tuners and G-Arrow knobs complete the sylish vision of the G5235 Gretsch Electromatic CVT.
