The "Tight" setting emphasizes pick attack and a focused low end, ideal for rhythmic playing. The "Smooth" setting delivers maximum sustain and a creamy overdrive perfect for solos. Adjust the compression to suit your guitar and amp for the overdrive tone you need.
Active EQ Offers Tonal Flexibility
Shape your overdrive tone with the active EQ's treble and bass controls. Cut or boost each frequency range by up to 15dB to craft your ideal sound. Want a darker, vintage-voiced overdrive? Runs at 18Volts for More Headroom
While the AH Booster will operate at standard 9volts, running it at 18volts gives you significantly more headroom and a tighter low end.
