BassMaster Series XM200C 200W 1X15 Bass Combo Amplifier

The full sounding Yorkville XM200C bass combo amp (15" speaker with tweeter) combines ease of use with great sound. It has 200W of power and 4-way active tone controls that offer simple yet effective tonal flexibility. The 'Scoop' control is more than the contour button used in the past.

The XM200C Scoop is a user-controlled tone shift that adds additional bottom end, increased high end presence and a notch in the midrange that creates a whole new tone pallet. Unlike the 'Contour' button used in the past (basically a contour on/off switch) the BassMaster's scoop control allows electric bass players to control the overall depth of the effect.

Professional bass guitar players will appreciate the fact the XLR balanced direct output is selectable pre or post EQ, and a tuner output has been added to the XM200C's front panel. An overall system mute, switchable limiter, and extension cabinet output has been added to the XM200C combo as well.

Years of experience have proved that using MDF (medium density fiberboard) or particleboard for bass cabinets isn''t conducive to a long rattle-free life or great bass tone, therefore all Yorkville bass cabinets are made with a reinforced solid plywood cabinet construction. A full metal grille protects the high quality custom designed speaker components used in all Yorkville Bass cabinets. Inside the chassis are high-grade glass epoxy circuit boards, low noise metal film resistors, phone jacks with gold plated contacts. Outside you will find heavy gauge metal speaker grilles with a retro-fashioned texture look, 3/4" plywood construction and a new harder painted finish. Select models are available in an ultra tough black carpet covering similar to that used on select lite P.A. cabinets.
