Crafted with an alder body in the trademark 1970s San Dimas shape, it provides familiar comfort along with effortless upper fret access thanks to the deep cutaway. The caramelized maple neck has a thin, fast profile perfect for speed and playability. Jumbo frets on the caramelized maple fingerboard facilitate silky lead lines and chords.

To complete the vintage vibe, the San Dimas Bass utilizes the highly-regarded DiMarzio pickup pairing of a Model P at the middle position and Model J at the bridge. Together they deliver a warm, growling punch with crystal clarity. The 3-band active EQ lets you sculpt and shape your tone with precision across lows, mids and highs. A blend control blends in just the right amount of each pickup.

The push/pull volume knob provides the versatility to go from active to passive electronics with ease. Active mode utilizes the 3-band EQ for ultimate tone-shaping capability, while passive bypass delivers the natural resonance of the bass. The knob also eliminates the risk of losing signal from a dead battery by pulling up to regain sound passively.
