Nathan East, Eric Clapton's longtime bassist, is one of the most respected musicians and sought-after sidemen in the industry. In addition, Nathan is a founding member of the jazz supergroup Fourplay, with Bob James (keyboard), Lee Ritenour (guitar, later Larry Carlton), and Harvey Mason (drums).
