The TAMA Superstar Neo-Mod shell pack is a vintage-inspired drum kit that incorporates modern build technology. These thin, 100% maple shells consist of 5mm, 6-ply construction for both toms and a thicker 7mm, 8-ply design for the bass drum. To ensure quick, punchy action, the Neo-Mod kit is built with shallower shells: 22x10” bass drum, 12x7” tom and 16x10” floor tom with legs. The thin shells combine with the short dimensions to create unique mix of attack and resonance, perfect for a variety of playing situations. It also ensures a lighter weight for easy transport and set-up.

These kits feature bold throwback finishes inspired by “mod” culture, plus chrome hardware and natural wood bass drum hoops.
