UPS Tracking Error
The tracking number I received is listed on the UPS site as a package that has already been delivered. Is it possible that the incorrect tracking number was used in my confirmation email?
The tracking number is correct. UPS periodically recycles those numbers. The correct tracking information for your order should be listed on the UPS web site about 24 hours after your order ships. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-800-449-9128 or email us.
