While the Acoustic name is especially well-known to bassists, they have some fantastic guitar amplifier options as well. Dating back to 1967, Acoustic Amplification has had a wild history even by music industry standards. They were huge in the '70s, finding a following in guitarists as renowned as Robby Krieger of the Doors. After enjoying some time in the spotlight, Acoustic Amplification laid low for a while - but now they're back with a selection of amps that's as appealing as ever. For day-to-day gigging at clubs and other small to midsize venues, there's no substitute for a good combo amp. Gear up with a unit from Acoustic's Lead Guitar Series and you'll be ready to take the stage anytime. These run all the way from the compact, 10W G10 - a 1x8 speaker combo amp perfect for rehearsal and studio use - to the G120 DSP, a mean amp with plenty of power to back up your best riffs.

You'll also find a second breed of combo amp in Acoustic's lineup: the AG Series, which are designed and built especially for acoustic guitar and vocal amplification. Like the electric combo amps, these come in an array of sizes. The smallest is the AG15, which uses a 15W 1x8 driver configuration you'll appreciate when you want something extra-portable. When power becomes a priority, turn it up to the AG120S. This combo amp packs twin 60W power amps driving a pair of 8" speakers to give you plenty of juice.

Speaking of juice, maybe a combo amp isn't what you're looking for - maybe you'd rather build yourself a half stack? In that case, set your sights on the G120H Guitar Amp Head and the G412A 4x12 Stereo Guitar Speaker Cabinet. Together, these make an impressive team that's ready to take on the larger venues in your calendar.

After their impressive start decades ago, it was only a matter of time until Acoustic Amplifiers would manage to recapture the world's attention. That time has come, and you can be proud to own any of the guitar amps you'll find here. Electric or acoustic, as long as it's got a pickup, Acoustic has the amp for it.
