Improving the environment, one serious shredder at a time. That's Laguna's main mission, and considering how popular their guitars have become with musicians from around the world, it's pretty safe to say that their "one guitar, one tree" initiative has been a huge success. Designed in southern California, Laguna guitars come to life through a passionate team of socially-conscious musicians who are proud to offer all players an instrument that will last through countless practices and performances.
Now that you have an idea of how dedicated Laguna is to your playing enjoyment, let's take a look at some of their options. For a guitar that was developed in collaboration with virtuoso Greg Howe, check out the LE924. Featuring a Laguna double-locking tremolo system, DiMarzio pickups, an Air Norton S mini humbucker on the neck and a GH5 humbucker on the bridge, this high-performance beast is ideal for everything from jazz fusion to hard rock and metal. Additionally, the LE924 has a distinctive "Awesome Orange" finish, so you'll have no problem standing out of the pack when you're armed with this axe.
Laguna also designs guitars for beginners, and the LE50 has looks that are as mean as it sounds. The "little brother" of the Laguna LE200, this model has a slim-tapered neck and a shallow C shape for a more comfortable feel. Plus, the basswood body and high-output ceramic magnet pickups create a biting tone, and its black satin finish would please the eyes of any bona-fide rocker.
As you can tell, Laguna began their musical journey with big ambitions in mind. Of course, they aren't just about making a huge difference for the planet we live on. Laguna is also devoted to providing guitarists with a unique musical experience that combines brilliant tone, killer looks and exceptional playability into one pro-level machine.
