The AD27e’s Expression System 2 pickup design delivers the latest in Taylor innovation for acoustic-electric amplification. The heart of the ES2 is the patented behind-the-saddle pickup, which features three uniquely positioned, individually calibrated pickup sensors. Its placement allows the bottom of the saddle to come in full contact with the bridge, delivering all the nuance of the guitar's tone with clarity, whether playing acoustically or plugged-in.
