Adjustable stereo unison feature without reduction of polyphony gives you 5 simultaneous detuned voices per note in stereo (2 left, 2 right, one in the middle) with full polyphony. Stack up to 24 x 5 virtual voices and launch them with a single keystroke!

Generate advanced and dynamic arpeggios with a separate master clock/MIDI synchable arpeggiator per slot. Sub arpeggiator and mask function give you total control of arpeggiation style. Up to 4 arpeggiators working at once in sync and in different time signatures.

Global vibrato acts equally on all voices in the sound. Polyphonic legato lets you play overlapping chords without retriggering the envelopes. Polyphonic glide (portamento) lets you glide whole chords into different chords. Additional control features include keyboard hold for infinite note sustain and chord memory for activating whole chords with single keys -- or keep adding up to 18 notes for super-fat sounds.

Highest/lowest note priority lets you play pad chords with monophonic lead sounds on top or bass riffs below. 2 x 24 LFOs per voice can be used as envelope generators and can be hard-synched to the internal master clock or to MIDI clock. LFO1 and LFO2 each feature 6 waveforms; 12 destinations; plus attack, decay/release, and amount controls. Separate envelopes for each voice.

The amplifier section features ADSR envelope with lin/exp attack and level (gain) control plus separate envelopes for each voice. The oscillator section comprises 2 separate groups, each of which provides you with 6 shapable waveforms and an additional sync oscillator. So you have 2 separately synched waveforms per voice. Dual sine FM, a very hands-on form of FM, lets the oscillator generate 2 sine waves that can be used to form a 2-operator FM engine. If you like, you can use both oscillators in dual sine FM mode to create 4-operator frequency modulation. You don't really have to know anything about FM to create astounding results!

Sound Init function resets the synthesizer to a default sound, making it really easy to create new sounds. Amplitude- and ring-modulation, distortion, FM, DFM, filter FM, and the new distortion modulation.

Select among LP, HP, BP, notch, triple peak, and triple notch filters. The LP emulates a classic analog low-pass filter, has a more narrow resonance peak, and also features resonance compression when swept over the fundamental frequency. Combine 2 or more filters into killer multifilters. For example, the multipeak and multinotch filters can be used for phaser and flanger types of effects.

Internal editable Flash memory holds 8 x 128
(1024) programs and 2 x 128 (256) performances. Sounds can be assigned to different sound categories and can easily be transferred to and from a computer or sequencer. No backup battery is required.

All knobs and buttons for sound editing send and receive MIDI control change messages. MIDI SysEx bulk dumps: single program or complete
program banks, single performance, or complete performance banks. MIDI clock hard-sync of LFOs and arpeggiator. OS upgradable via MIDI.
