iMac 20 Power Trio Studio Package

Apple Logic 8 software
This version of Apple Logic Express features a redesigned, next-generation, single-window interface that includes built-in browsers, a consolidated Arrange window, simplified track setup, and precrafted templates for a variety of music styles and production scenarios. Intuitive writing tools make it easy to use any of the 1000's of included Apple Loops or to record your own MIDI samples, notate your creations in real time, and even synch-up with QuickTime movies for more manageable scoring.

It's been said, no one understands creative types. At Apple, they've got a grasp on how musician's think as shown by the release of Logic Express 8. Many artists get ideas on the fly, want to get them captured immediately so they can tweak them, and won't leave them alone until they get the right sound.

Fostex PM0.4 Powered Studio Monitors
Diminutive in size, but with a sound that has to be heard to be believed, the PM0.4 is naturally recommended for desktop use but its superb audio performance in a compact physical size expands its applications to professional console top studio monitoring, audio installation, and portable audio monitoring. The monitor speakers each feature 36 watts of bi-amped power, UFLC 16mm soft dome HF unit, 100mm LF woofer and overall volume control.

The PM0-4 monitor features internal bi-amplification employing two state-of-the-art amplifiers which are precisely calibrated to match the performance of the drive units and utilize high quality discrete bipolar output devices:HF 18w, LF 18w. High-capacity power supply units are used for excellent transient response. PM0.4 offers TRS and Line inputs

High Frequency Unit

The soft dome tweeters employ Fostex's UFLC technology (Poly Urethane Film Laminated Cloth) to achieve light weight and high stability performance.

Low Frequency Unit:

Uses a mixture of cut and milled fibres made from aromatic polyamide impregnated with resins to simultaneously achieve high rigidity and
optimum damping. An olefin film is thermally adhered to its surface to control frequency response and ensure reliability. Distortion is minimized by the use of an ultra-pure copper voice coil.

Audio-Technica AT2020
The Audio-Technica AT2020 Cardioid Condenser Microphone is the ideal mic for project and home studio applications. Its specs put it in the big leagues, with a custom-engineered, 16mm low-mass diaphragm and smooth 20Hz-20kHz frequency response. The AT2020's low self-noise is suited to digital recording, plus it has a high 144dB SPL handling. It requires phantom power.

Musician's Gear MS-220 Tripod Microphone Stand
The MS-220 Tripod Microphone Stand has a thread adapter and tubular legs. Its adjustable height from floor to top thread is 35" to 61-7/8". The 30-1/4" fixed boom is not adjustable.
