Overview

A rugged direct box that clears up your signal.

The Behringer ULTRA-DI DI600P direct box lets you plug your instrument or amp into a mixer or recording interface with less noise. This passive D.I. box takes your unbalanced 1/4" signal and converts it to a balanced XLR or 1/4" output, eliminating hum and interference over long cable runs. With the ULTRA-DI DI600P between your guitar and the PA or audio interface, you'll get a crisp, clear signal every time.

Eliminate Noise and Hum

The secret behind the ULTRA-DI DI600P's ability to clean up your tone lies in its high-quality transformer. It takes your unbalanced signal and steps it up to a balanced output, removing any outside interference that could muddy up your sound. You can run long cables without losing clarity in the high frequencies or introducing noise. Whether you want to plug your electric guitar into a mixing board or record pristine tracks in the studio, the ULTRA-DI DI600P prevents hum and maximizes signal quality.

Ground Lift Isolates Your Signal's Audio Ground

Sometimes connecting equipment through the DI box can create a ground loop, adding unwanted buzz and hum to your signal. The ULTRA-DI DI600P gives you the ability to break that ground loop with its ground lift switch. Lift the audio ground and listen as the unwanted noise disappears, leaving you with nothing but your clean, unadulterated tone.

XLR and 1/4" Outputs for Flexible Connectivity

Plugging your instrument into the 1/4" input converts your signal for output over either a balanced XLR or 1/4" output. Use the XLR to connect to a mixing console or audio interface, or go straight into an amp with the 1/4" out. Either way, you've got options when it comes to integrating the ULTRA-DI DI600P into your existing setup.
