The 12Mic features 12 high-quality microphone preamps with 75dB of gain and can handle input levels up to +18dBu, providing plenty of headroom for a wide range of microphones. The preamps offer a low noise floor and wide dynamic range for capturing all the subtle details and nuances in your recordings. The first four channels also feature Hi-Z inputs for direct recording of electric guitars and basses.
Robust Digital Network Connectivity
The 12Mic provides extensive digital connectivity options with integrated MADI and AVB network ports. The MADI ports support coaxial and optical connections for low-latency, high-channel-count digital transfers, perfect for interfacing with digital consoles and recording systems. The AVB network ports are fully compliant with the AVB/Milan protocol for discovering and controlling the 12Mic over an Ethernet network with guaranteed bandwidth and fixed latency.
