The Friedman vertical 2x12” extension cabinet features a rear-ported, closed-back design which utilizes tongue-and-groove Baltic birch construction to deliver the bass, mid response and great sound you would expect from a Friedman cab. The vertical cabinet design solves the problem plagued by traditional low-profile cabinets whose speakers fire too low to the ground. With the Friedman vertical cab, the bottom speaker faces outward, while the top speaker is angled slightly upward, making it easier to hear over a full band.
