Ever since Brian Wampler released his first pedal in 2006, his name has been legendary in the music community. Setting the standard for boutique effects pedals, all of Wampler's stompboxes are hand-made domestically in the U.S.A. All that you need to know to understand how good these pedals are is that Wampler doesn't pay a cent for endorsements - every artist who uses them is on board because of their great sound and performance. It didn't take long for Wampler effects pedals to get noticed, and in 2009, only three years after the company started, they found their way onto Brad Paisley's pedalboard. Initially using the Faux Analog Echo and the Ego Compressor, Brad went on to add a third Wampler pedal with the Underdog Overdrive. Brad came to love his new pedals so much that, when he wanted to up the ante with a custom overdrive pedal, he turned to Wampler to build it. The result is the Paisley Drive, which you can add to your own setup if you're looking to achieve the same great tones that you can hear in Brad Paisley's music.
Wampler didn't stop there, however. Word got around, and that led to two more artists gearing up with their own signature pedals: Brent Mason and Tom Quayle. Working primarily in the studio, Brent Mason is one of those under-the-radar guitarists that you've almost certainly heard, even if not by name. Some of Brent's studio success stories include Shania Twain and Alan Jackson, so if you've listened to either of those artists, you've probably heard the effects of his signature Hot Wired overdrive / distortion pedal. Tom Quayle, on the other hand, had been using two Wampler pedals, the Euphoria and the Paisley Drive, stacked together. To give Tom something purpose-built for his fusion genre, Wampler modified the electronics from those pedals and combined them into the Dual Fusion, a new signature overdrive pedal that can help you reproduce Tom Quayle's distinctive sound.
Naturally, Wampler makes a broad selection of pedals in addition to their signature models to provide a full catalog of effects to choose from. You can follow in Brad Paisley's footsteps with the Ego Compressor and Faux Analog Echo & Delay pedals, or check out all of Wampler's different distortion and overdrive pedals to shape your tone exactly the way you want it.
No matter what sound you're looking to create, Wampler effects pedals can help you get there. Not only do these boutique pedals deliver amazing tone, they're also backed up by a strong warranty, so you can expect a Wampler pedal to stay with you for a long time to come. When only the best effects pedals will do, Wampler is a great choice to meet your professional standards.
