With a fully discrete Class A design that utilizes a CineMag USA transformer, polystyrene and Wima capacitors and a Fairchild FET, the WA-84 is versatile enough to handle pro studio, home studio, live, and broadcast applications. It is also great at capturing a variety of instruments and sources, from acoustic/electric guitars and acoustic/electric bass to drums, piano, strings and so much more.
